Refer-A-Consultant
Advanced Technology Group has made employee success the guiding principle behind
ATG's growth. As we are one of the Fastest Growing IT firms, we are always
looking for high qualified professionals.
We encourage you to refer qualified professionals to ATG. ATG will pay you a
referral bonus for each individual referred by you who is ultimately hired.
This bonus is payable at the end of the third month of employment of the
referred employee and is contingent upon both you and the person referred
remaining as employees during this period.
PROJECT REFERRAL BONUS
If you introduce a new client, project or an opportunity at a client site for a
consultant, a referral bonus will be paid three months after completion by the
client. The amount of this bonus will depend on the terms of contract with the
client and is at the discretion of ATG's Management.
If you identify a marketing or sales opportunity, please advise the Marketing
Department at ATG immediately.
