Manage all ECG -EKG hardware / software implementation projects within the milestone guidelines that have been established for each implementation project and insure that all customer expectations are identified and addressed within every customer implementation project. Using a blended learning delivery strategy, insure that customers are thoroughly trained and capable of maximizing the functionality. Accurately forecast implementation and training revenues, productivity metrics and customer status on a timeline basis. Maintain effective and proactive communications with the key customer contacts identified within each customer implementation project. Effectively manage all necessary project related escalations to insure that project milestones, quality assurance and customer expectations are maintained. Provide direct supervision, project direction and leadership to all direct report employees. Interact professionally and proactively with all clients and colleagues. Participate in business initiatives and customer initiatives as required. Perform all other duties as required by business conditions or as assigned.
