Primary Duties: * Research, troubleshoot and document problems and reported failures from production web sites. * Diagnose, resolve, communicate and interpret technical issues between level one and level three support teams or third parties. * Demonstrate fixes, patches, resolution procedures to level one. * Proactively considers implications of Service Requests and communicates potential impacts. * Maintain/manage domain name issues received via email, i.e. transfers, redirects. * Conduct meetings with level one and three support teams to review unresolved issues or problems. Attend meetings with third parties. * Focuses on closing / testing issues in a timely, high quality fashion. * Utilizes processes / procedures and recommends ongoing process improvements * Monitors servers and databases for proper operation. Responds to errors raised by feed system processes and fixes/escalates the issues found. * Will share 7x24 on call responsibilities. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Systems or Engineering.
