National Account Executive Office location- Troy Michigan Advanced Technology Group Inc. is seeking a National account executive with the following skills. JOB DESCRIPTION * this person will be part of ATG’s IT Consulting/ Staffing team. This person will represent ATG to its clients. Work closely with the Management and the Recruiting team to manage client expectations and to close IT Staffing engagements. * Responsibilities would include market differentiation, articulates the company strategy to the clients, and thinks outside of the box to provide high value services. * Develop new business within existing clients and develop new clients on a National basis * Support existing and new consultants that are on projects located both here and across the United States * Identify and define consulting/staffing and project requirements. * Work in a team environment * Work with recruiting team to fill client needs in timely fashion. JOB REQUIREMENT * Must be highly motivated and have a proven track record in Account management working with clients in the IT Consulting/ Staffing industry. * Demonstrated success in customer relationship management. * Proven track record of exceeding goals, targets and quota consistently. * Have a proven track record of developing new business within existing and new accounts. * Work in a team environment * Strong work ethic and demonstrated 'ownership' in work. * Nice to have IT technical experience or background * Excellent writing skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Unlimited earning potential for the right resource • On target annual earnings should exceed $100K Advanced Technology Group offers a competitive salary’s plus commissions with full benefits and car/cell/expenses.
